We are an independent CRO based in the U.S. that offers pre-clinical drug testing in top-notch, GLP certified research sites in Kiev, Ukraine. Our testing facilities are overseen by the UNAMS and Ministry of Health and provide services for commercial development of new medicine discoveries as part of their core mission. The CRO was created to provide the high quality, inexpensive services of these laboratories to start-up bio-technology companies in the USA and Europe, thereby offering an attractive option for promoting development programs quickly and at much lower cost than other commercial CROs. We provide a wide range of pre-clinical toxicology including medicine safety, acute and chronic toxicity, pharma screening, bio-availability , bio-equivalence , and complete in vivo and in vitro screening for anti-cancer activity.
Our pre-clinical CRO is able to price pre-clinical services far below other CROs since we maintain a very low overhead in the U.S. and perform all testing in Kiev where personnel and laboratory costs are much lower. Our staff in the United States consists only of the company principals who deal directly with customers; we don’t have any marketing expenses aside from our site, and no central offices, administrative staff or other overhead to increase prices. We have much lower study conduct prices in Ukraine due to much lower labor rates and are happy to provide our best pricing for longer and more complex pre-clinical studies where labor is the most significant part of the overall cost. Since we utilize the same reliable international providers for lab animals, reagents and lab supplies as other Contract Research Organizations, we have no cost savings on these materials and thus less overall cost advantage for very short-term pre-clinical studies. However, regardless of your test protocol and length, our goal is to give our customers the greatest possible value for their money.
